Job Overview
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Hanoi or Danang, Vietnam. In this role, you will administrate and operate mission- critical software systems that power our banking solutions, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and secure. You’ll collaborate with our engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize systems that millions of users—and some of Southeast Asia’s biggest banks—depend on. Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment of applications across development, staging, and production environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high- quality, reliable solutions in line with our “nimble and fast” motto.
Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve system outages or performance issues quickly, minimizing downtime for our clients.
Security Compliance: Collaborate with developers to ensure systems meet banking compliance standards.
Cloud Infrastructure: Operate and enhance cloud- based infrastructure to support scalable, secure banking applications.
System Administration: Manage and maintain mission- critical software systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for our banking solutions.
Monitoring & Optimization: Set up and manage monitoring tools to track system health, detect issues proactively, and optimize performance under high traffic loads.
Documentation: Maintain clear, up- to- date documentation of systems, processes, and configurations for team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
2- 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or software engineering roles (preferred).
Proven experience administrating and operating mission- critical software systems.
Core Skills:
Proficiency in at least two popular coding languages: Golang, Python, JavaScript, Java, or C/C++.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure- as- code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting (e.g., Bash).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Good to Have

Additional Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), logging systems (e.g., ELK Stack), or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Mobile Development: Experience with mobile coding languages and frameworks, including Cordova, React Native, Flutter/Dart, Kotlin, Java, Objective- C, or Swift, to support mobile banking integrations.
Web Development: Proficiency in web coding languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for front- end troubleshooting or integration tasks.
System Design: Hands- on experience in software system design, particularly for scalable, high- availability applications.
