General Requirements
• Self- starter, capable of working without direction and able to deliver projects from scratch.
• CICD tools hands- on experience (Spinnaker, Ansible, Chef).
• Container management and container orchestration experience – Docker,
• Good understanding of technologies and experience in building a highly scalable and fault tolerant system.
• DevOps toolchain experience (GitHub, CircleCI, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Proficiency in the development (Java/Scala/Kotlin, Python, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3) and Strong scripting skills.
• Knowledge of technology best practices for building a modern automated DevOps platform.
• Cloud computing deployment and management experience (AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure) via Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Kubernetes
• Strong English communication skills. Desirable
• Strong understanding and practice Agile/Lean projects SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
• Distributed system knowledge applicable to a microservice architecture.
• Certified in cloud computing (professional levels: Solution architect, DevOps engineer, Security, Network)
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and TCP/IP Subnet.
• Breadth of knowledge – operating systems, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing.
• Practical knowledge with Git flow, Trunk and GitHub flow branching strategies.
• Monitoring tools Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.

Responsibilities
• Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Automate manual tasks and streamline operational processes using scripting or configuration management tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth integration of development, testing, and deployment processes in cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and cost- efficiency of AWS resources.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on cloud solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AWS services, features, and best practices, and recommend their adoption.
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure- related issues and incidents.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Must have:
• Hands- on experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and best practices in AWS.
• Strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of security practices and experience in implementing security controls in AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and communicate technical solutions.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with monitoring and log management tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
• Understanding of database technologies in AWS, such as Amazon RDS or Amazon DynamoDB.
• Experience with serverless computing using AWS Lambda or similar services.
• Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
Soft and Communication Skills:
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast- paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem- solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
Base Skills:
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience in designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
