Bachelors in Computer science or Information Technology
Solid technical skill, you talk confidently about DevOps Methodologies and Practices, Site Reliability Engineering and are willing to learn new technologies. Big plus if you can talk broader than that.
And be a TEAM PLAYER, because we can move nowhere without a team.
Experience using configuration management / infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
Be on your own, dedicated and committed, we strongly believe in autonomy, there&039;s likely no one to tell you what to do.
Setup, maintain and optimize effective CI/CD Pipelines, and are familiar with build, package and deployment tools such as Google Cloud Build, GitLab, Jenkins, Vagrant, Helm, etc.
Must be able to say "I was wrong", because no one is perfect.
Significant experience in operating production systems in Google Cloud (or AWS, Azure), and with monitoring solutions such as Google Cloud Ops (Stackdriver), Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
Good knowledge of container orchestration such as Kubernetes, etc. And also Service Mesh such as Istio (or Linkerd).
Good knowledge of containerized application design and deployment models
Server-side development with Go and gRPC (or RESTful APIs) is a bonus.
Good knowledge of Linux operating system administration, troubleshooting and fine-tuning, along with strong development experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python.
Good knowledge of CDN (Content Delivery Network), of message broker softwares such as Google Cloud Pub/Sub, NATS, Apache Kafka is a plus.
