Devops Engineer - Hà Nội

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer
Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required
Corporate with vendor for development (get requirement, test, fix the complex errors)
Clone Production environment for Test, and Training environments
Manage integration between eBanking/ Digital Banking systems and other systems
Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project Management (in project scope)
System configuration: Update the change of system parameters demand business changes

Education/Training

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Experiences

Backend development knowledge
Experience with crash analytics and reporting
Agile/Scrum/test-driven development knowledge

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Experience in operation of MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
At least more (2+) years’ experience in operation for Java J2EE Platform
Expected to have a working knowledge of programming skills. Common programs includes: ASP.net, C, Java, Business Software Applications, Web-based technologies.
Experience in Application Backups and Disaster Recovery
Having experience in operation for Unix, Linux and JVM Platform
Understanding of bank business processes and constraints
Experience in the Banking systems, Banking business, Payment Gateway, Service Gateway, Core Banking, Authentication Systems like RSA, OTP.

Good at investigating and solving incident and problem skill
Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change
Communicate in English
Good Communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
