DevOps Engineer Mid/Sr

You will be part of our cloud infrastructure team that builds all our cloud infrastructure. While one focus will be maintaining and upgrading production services, the job doesn’t stop there. You will help maintain the development and infrastructure lifecycle, build and improve the CI/CD workflows and processes.
We are looking for a person that is familiar with working with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and ECS / EKS to build high- performance, low- geo latency platforms. Together, we will transition from a monolithic architecture to a multi- region microservices system with GDPR/HIPAA compliance, cost efficiency, while supporting platform scalability and analytics. Transform Everfit into a data- driven platform to enable smarter business decisions, optimized operations, and future AI/ML readiness.
Your impact:

Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing and quality assurance into the CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor, troubleshoot, plan and improve system availability, performance, and security
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior members of the DevOps team.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to increase operational efficiency, using scripting languages like Python, Shell Script, …
Collaborate with the Data team and AI team to deploy and operate data pipeline, data warehouse as well as AI/ML applications.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the infrastructure and application layers.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the DevOps processes and infrastructure
Design, implement, and manage the CI/CD pipelines
Build, maintain and improve the infrastructure of the application
Work with the engineering team regarding development environment, toolset, and workflows.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years experience in DevOps Position.
• Intermediate English communication skills (able to participate in work discussions).
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and network topologies, common network protocols, and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)
• Strong understanding at least one of cloud service: AWS or GCP
• Experience with ECS, K8s/EKS, Serverless or similar technology/platform
• Experienced in bash shell scripting, automation and one of programing language like Python/Nodejs/Go/Rust
• Strong understanding of one of IaC tools like Terraform, CDK or Pulumi
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, Postgresql, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
• Ability to work in a high pressure, startup environment.
