Key Responsibilities
Website Admin (20%)
Integrate APIs, optimize website performance to ensure fast loading speed and strong security.
Monitor website performance and page load speed; perform regular optimizations (technical SEO, images, cache, etc).
Manage website security.
Manage hosting, domain, SSL, and related services.
Coordinate with the content team to update information, landing pages, campaign pages, etc.
Perform regular website backups to ensure data recovery in case of incidents.
Integrate tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Workspace Infrastructure (20%)
Provide training on workspace usage.
Implement security settings for users.
Set up user access permissions and security controls.
Perform data integration using Lark Anycross.
Manage and configure Google Workspace and Lark Suite.
CRM and Internal Tools Infrastructure (30%)
Conduct internal training on effective CRM and related tool usage (documentation guidance, training sessions).
Build and enhance CRM features (based on Lark Base).
Collaborate with departments to build automation processes (SMS, mini- apps, mini- CDP, ZNS, email, workflow, form, data tables, etc).
+ Synchronize and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and workflows.
+ Manage user access permissions and security controls.
+ Configure tools such as Lark Suite (including Anycross), Google Workspace, n8n, etc.
+ Perform regular data backups.
Internet Infrastructure (Additional Responsibility) (10%)
Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc) and monitor internal network uptime.
Ensure internal servers (if any) are regularly updated with security patches.
Establish policies for using the company’s information technology systems (password policy, email protection, etc).
Technical & Internal Support- Help Desk (Additional Responsibility) (10%)
Support employees in installing basic software (Windows, macOS) and configuring devices (printers, scanners, etc).
Troubleshoot hardware issues including computers, webcams, hard drives, etc.
Manage technology assets (hardware/software inventory).
Other Duties (10%)
Perform additional professional tasks as assigned by the CEO or Direct Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
Graduated from College/University majoring in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, ISO, etc. are preferred.
Work Experience
Experience in internet system administration and technical support is a big plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in related positions.
Technical Skills
Proficient in WordPress and website administration tools.
Experience in managing systems such as Lark and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
Ability to build workflows using n8n.
Solid understanding of networking systems, office devices, and common security risks.
Working Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Afternoon off)
