DevOps Lead

• Implement automation and industry best practices to run our large scale, rapidly growing infrastructure with minimum human intervention.
• Research, design, and implement solutions for fault tolerance, monitoring, performance enhancements, capacity optimization, disaster recovery, and configuration management of systems and applications.
• Configure and build tools for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for our Microservices and Products.
• Develop a containerization strategy for the cloud deployment of our products to our international customers (US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, France, andTurkey).
• Set standards with the development team for how code should be optimally structured for easy deployment.
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.
• Leadership experience (ability to lead both US/VN team is a strong plus)

Experience with the above tools is great, but not an absolute must. We are looking for motivated individuals with a desire to learn and explore, but at the same time be mindful of what it takes to build scalable and stable production environments. Bonus points if you are interested in automated testing.
