DevOps / Perl Dev / AWS Cloud

As a Dev-Ops System Developer, you will be part of the team responsible for tools and processes to enable the development team to develop, build, and deploy highly scalable and high quality solutions as quickly and effective as possible. You will:
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate system deployment to scale infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and manage all environments of the team (1‘300 servers, 200 installation per year, etc.).
- Work with teams of development, testing, deployment, systems and infrastructure to ensure continuous operation of build and test systems
- Work to improve speed, efficiency and scalability of all systems.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate manual tasks regarding environments.

SKILLS

MULTIPLE ROLES:

- Open to Junior, Senior and Manager level.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Solid knowledge of Linux and/or Windows

- Fluent English for day to day communications

- Experience in scripting languages such as: Perl, Python, Linux shell scripts, Ruby

STRONG PLUSES:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development or software deployments or IT operations

- Automated testing tools (Selenium, Fitnesse, Cucumber)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication & Computer Networking or related field

- Application servers such as TomCat, JBoss, Wildfly

- Knowledge of AWS ecosystem (EC2, RDS, Docker, VPC)

- Configuration and deployment management tools (Puppet, Chief, Ansible, Docker)

- Relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL) and noSQL

- Knowledge of JAVA/.NET, Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash
WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with configuration management tools: Puppet, Rundeck, CheckMK

- Continuous integration tools and processes (TFS, Jenkins, Sonar)

- 2 years recently working with languages such as Perl, Python, Linux shell scripts, Ruby
