Coordinate Receptionist to arrange car route and tour destination properly and appropriately
Coordinate and monitor all appointment, meeting, and trainings to ensure that schedules are logged, traced and remind all concerns.
Coordinate and follow up with all departmental job assignment given by department Head.
Prepare appreciate files, folders, information, and relevant documents for each meeting.
To collect all training hours from departmental trainers, ensuring budgeted hours are complete and submit to Department Head for approval.
Work and coordinate with other sections within department to ensure that the responsible job of the section meet target goals.
To assist with departmental inventories, collecting all data and submitting report to Department Head.
Responsible for departmental roster and paid time off in HR system.
Coordinate with Human Resource for any people issues with include recruitment, performance, appraisal and other manning guide update.
Update and welcome new comers of the organization chat and who is who in the department.
Maintain the administrative organization that includes typing, filling, correspondents and distributing in- coming mails/faxes.
Provide any assistance to the executives and associates within departmental as required.
Provide assistance to manage on the department collaterals, advertising plan and procedure.
Handling correspondence for all service applications such as guest letters, complain, enquiring, confirmation, contract and any of other finance reference.
Be a leader of departmental secretarial.
Responsible for departmental procurement/ store requisition system.
Coordinate with other departments/ units/ supplier to ensure that all payment is in system and paid on time.
Responsible for departmental weekly/ monthly report to HOD and management.
Other duties as need or requested from HOD/ management, Assist with the organization of department meeting, outing and other associate activities.
