Position Summary
As a Digital Account at Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as the main contact point between client and internal team, respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
Support in doing paperwork, following contracts, contract terminations and payment process.
Support in managing the entire campaign and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality;
Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
Assist in planning for P&L (monthly and quarterly P&L), monitor and ensure team’s delivery of the planned P&L target;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to review campaign progress for client and internal team;

JOB REQUIREMENT
Experience
No experience requirements.
Knowledge, abilities and skill
Excellent management skills and ability to multi- task;
Have a long- term orientation to Halocom, at least 1 – 2 years after completing the training.
Good presentation skills;
Logical and critical thinking;
Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;
Full- time Internship for at least 4 – 6 months, then will be reviewed for promotion based on performance;
Excellent customer service abilities;
Superior Problem- Solving and Negotiation Skills;
A Plus to Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
