Position Summary
As a Digital Account Planner in Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions.
Beside that, you will attend to develop overall strategic direction for the media proposal and present to clients.

Assist in managing the entire campaign and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality
Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
Support in doing paperwork, following contracts, contract terminations and payment process.
Act as the main contact point between client and internal team, respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
Planning:
Clarify all aspects of the campaign&039;s brief and join to research, brainstorm ideas, lay out the media proposal, and develop strategic planning that commits to the brief&039;s requirements;
Research and analyze new initiatives, trends, updates from media channels as well as client information to build and provide suitable solutions for solutions to clients;
Support in communicating directly with clients during the entire process of debriefing and preparing for the planning;
Assist in building the media proposals and present them to clients.

A Plus to Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;

Excellent customer service abilities;
Full- time Internship for at least 4 – 6 months, then will be reviewed for promotion based on performance;
Have a long- term orientation to Halocom, at least 1- 2 years after completing the training.
Excellent management skills and ability to multi- task;
