DOL, formerly known as IELTS Đình Lực, is comprised of two entities: DOL English and DOL Tech. Since our foundation in 2015, we have created the unique Math-based English teaching method - Linearthinking. In 2019, we have further developed this method, combined with our 5 newly-introduced AI-powered practice apps to create a 4.0 learning model called Blended-Smart Learning.

To expand our business on the national scale and bring our advanced model to the global English teaching market in the next 2 years, we are looking for a Digital Content Creator with the passion for writing and English, a sharp mind, great sensitivity towards the latest trends, and a concise writing style. Under the guidance of well-known and respected Creative Director, Art Director, CMO, etc. from large corporations, you will plan and deliver DOL’s values accurately and clearly on different social media platforms.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Content Planner & Social Media Executive, Design team for Weekly & Monthly Digital Marketing Plan (Strategy & Execution)

• Work with the Content Planner to write all marketing content for Marketing activities (Facebook Post, Website Blog, ...), including both online & offline materials

• Ensure that all content sticks to the brand guidelines and is of the highest quality

• Propose creative content angles & directly write the copy of these angles

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/PR/Related Majors

• 2 - 3 years experience in content/copywriting

• Good English skills (IELTS Writing 6.0 or equivalent)

• Good at crafting content for Facebook, Website, PR, …

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Hardworking, result - oriented, and able to adapt to the fast-moving start - up environment
