Digital Designer

Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, working with both in- house resources and third- party vendors
Present, share and review creative work with internal teams
Participate in, and lead brainstorming sessions
Develop creative ideas that meet both clients and business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts
Collaborate effectively with Account, Planning and Creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
Be responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment

Solid skills in animation and video editing
Eye for detail and color
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Web Designer
Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video authoring tools
Experience in Cosmetic is preferred
Strong sense of font types and applications
Understanding emerging digital technologies, and progressive ad formats
Keen understanding of design trends
Strong portfolio of creative work, demonstrating both online and offline work

Diploma or degree in a design- related field
2- 3 years of performance design experience ideally within an agency environment
