The Role
We are looking for a talented and innovative Digital Designer to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver and a visual storyteller, adept at translating ideas into captivating digital experiences. As a Digital Designer at Printify, you will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of our online marketing presence and platform, ensuring that they are engaging, user-friendly, and align with our brand identity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create visually striking graphics, infographics, and interactive content tailored for social media channels
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces for Printify’s online platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Craft visually appealing and effective email templates for marketing campaigns and customer communication
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively visualize design concepts
- Design engaging assets for physical events, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence in offline environments
- Engage in iterative design processes based on user feedback and usability testing to refine and enhance design concepts
- Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms, upholding the brand's visual identity dedicated by the Global Design Team while localizing content for the specific needs of our Vietnamese merchants
- Collaborate closely with the Global Design Team, Product Marketing Team, and local Vietnam team members to ensure alignment of design with project objectives and brand guidelines
- Actively provide design support and constructive feedback throughout the development process
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in motion graphics and/or interaction design is a significant plus, adding a dynamic edge to your design capabilities

What are we looking for?
- Portfolio and CV attached to application form
- 2 years of experience in a similar field (agency or in-house)
- English (proficient) and Vietnamese (proficient/native) language
- Familiarity with e-commerce and print-on-demand platforms is a plus
