Elevate content strategy and develop content strategists to manage various writing materials.
Build local brand social accounts, strategy, and content management framework.
Stay updated on industry- related news and generate ideas around trending topics
User Experience Excellence
Effective content which suitable with consumer/customer journey
Build a strategic digital roadmap, identify martech requirements, and introduce improvements to current platforms.
Collaborate closely with brand and colour teams on all digital platforms ( website, Dulux Connect, CRM, ecommerce…)
Develop and own digital customer journeys in collaboration with Comms and Brand teams.
Implement and manage digital initiatives, creating engaging content across various channels.
Partner with global digital teams & ASEAN digital managers to advise and review digital plans for both always- on and campaign investments
Efficiency in Digital Media and Social Media Management
Build integrated dashboards/frameworks for measuring KPIs across paid, owned, and earned media.
Ensure timely centralized media planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Create performance dashboards for different levels of audience and provide analysis and recommendations.
Ecommerce Management
Customer service & support to ensure prompt & effective resolution of all complaints.
Managing the company’s ecommerce platform: manage the design, functionality & user experience of the Official Store, online promotion campaign
Developing & executing E- commerce strategy: creating a roadmap for online sales growth, identifying key performance indicators
Analyzing data & generating report: Store traffic, sales, customer behavior…
Build and Manage Relationships
Determine services needed from digital media, creative & technology partner agencies.
