Digital & E-commerce Staff

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Tiktok), including social media promotions, and online advertising initiatives.
Assist in other Marketing activities, when extra help is required
Support the development and maintenance of the e- commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility = PERFECT ONLINE DISPLAY & PROMOTION
Monitor e- commerce analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Measure and report on the performance of digital/ e- commerce campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and cost- effectiveness of campaigns.
Possess a strong knowledge of the e- commerce space, stay informed about emerging e- commerce trends, new digital platforms, technologies, and industry best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the online retail experience.
Generally speaking, build flawless consumer journeys that will drive consumers to our products by eventually achieving 2 mains objectives : BRAND AWARENESS + SALES
Possess in- depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices to maximize audience engagement and reach.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in similar position in the Retail/ FMCG Industry.
Tangible knowledge/awareness from an existing experience in a digital/e- commerce marketing environment.
Clearly B2C & Sales oriented (“make sales happen”)
English language (for daily use) is mandatory.
Additional learning in Digital, E- commerce Marketing
University Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
Designer skill (eg: Adobe Illustrator) is a plus (but not mandatory)
Evidence of project execution.
