POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Digital Account Executive at Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between the internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in managing the entire campaign and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality;
Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to review campaign progress for client and internal team;
Support in doing paperwork, following contracts, contract terminations and payment process.
Act as the main contact point between client and internal team, respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
Assist in planning for P&L (monthly and quarterly P&L), monitor and ensure team’s delivery of the planned P&L target;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience (must have)
At least one year of experience in Digital Marketing (Digital Ads) field, especially Account/ Planning or relevant position as an Executive or Intern
Knowledge, abilities and skill
Good presentation skills;
Excellent management skills and ability to multi- task;
Excellent customer service abilities;
Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;
Superior Problem- Solving and Negotiation Skills;
Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
