Digital Marketing Coordinator

Your role
Join us as our Digital Marketing Coordinator, your role will be responsible for executing the digital marketing strategies from the clients by managing content for web and campaign emails.
You will provide hands-on problem solving and administrative assistance via multiple platforms, while closely follow the tight deadline for each digital campaign/ projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.
Execute web development, publishing, updating web content and support on a wide range of content management systems.
Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
Create email campaigns on Pardot platform including setup, testing and deployment.
Execute functions on CMS systems to manage implementation of digital campaigns.
Ensure that deadlines are followed.

Report line
Report directly to Project Management Team Leader.
Training period
Before fully taking over the position, you will be required to train:

Team structure/ workflow of clients/ internal procedures.
Other internal workshops and training from time to time to enhance the skills continuously.
Internal management systems, MKT system.

Working schedule
We expect this position to have high flexibility and fluidity to engage with clients all around the world, operating and accommodating within different time zones. Shifts will be rotated weekly/ monthly:

Morning: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
Evening: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM

Working location
4th-5th floor, 617-621 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC, Vietnam.

Requirements
We believe our future member should have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree.
Highly efficient team player, with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience with coding, basic JavaScript and/or back-end management is preferred.
Experience with managing various CMS and CRM platforms is preferred.
