Facebook/Instagram/Youtube Ads

Measure and report performance of all Facebook ads campaigns
Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising materials
Assists the AD in creating an impactful marketing strategy to capture the company&039;s target market through audience segmentation, a/b testing and conversion rate optimization
Work closely with Marketing Manager and Athlete Development (AD) team to plan the strategy, execution implement and measure the business impact of Facebook ads.
Develop and manage Facebook ads campaigns.
Report & analyze all ads campaign & normal posts
Configure event tracking via pixels or Google Analytics custom events to measure campaign results.

Website:

Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization&039;s website.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.
Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
Website & blog maintenance/updating
Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data.
EDM
Following up on emails
Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
Compiling email lists
Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
Purging email lists
Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
Securing email databases for future campaigns

Report: Ads, Fanpage, Instagram, Youtube, Website: Realtime; EDM: weekly

Communicate well in English.
Ability to use language effectively and attractively.
Know one or many programming languages (Php. or other)
Able to withstand work pressure.
Desiring to learn and desire to develop their skills.
Ability to use design software such as PS, AI, etc.
Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, etc.
