About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead with expertise in social media management and platform- based advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of entertainment- focused content and proven experience in setting up and optimizing digital ads to drive traffic.
Responsibilities
Ensure consistent growth in traffic to meet monthly KPIs.
Monitor and generate reports on social media traffic and ad performance.
Conduct A/B testing on content across various ad strategies to identify the most effective solution, providing recommendations to enhance channel quality and engagement.
Develop and execute digital ad strategies.
Set up and optimize advertisements across these platforms.
Manage social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Conduct research on advertising trends to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
Strong presentation, teamwork and communication skills.
Minimum 4 year of relevant experience. And also have lead team experience is a must.
Background in social media management, strategy development or ad optimization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
In- depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and techniques (Platforms policy)
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Enjoys embracing new ideas, adaptable to change, and willing to take on new challenges.
A keen understanding of content trends and the ability to assess content performance.
Proficiency in paid social advertising, particularly Meta, with hands- on experience in Meta Pixels.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
Data- driven mindset with analytical skills.
