Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Digital Marketing Officer (AEON MALL Hue)

+ Work location (Temporary office): Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5- 7 C shifts per month), 1- 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
Job summary: Deliver promotional marketing and communication messages to consumers on variety of digital channels with purpose of generating traffic and sales based on company policy.
Design POSM (Point Of Sale Materials) and media publication for mall.
Corporate with agencies/ vendors to run Marketing campaign and activities smoothly and efficiently, align with the company budget and customer satisfaction. (15%)
Follow up, execute digital transformation plan to maintain the mall modernism. (15%)
Be responsible to manage the online marketing activities across various tools and channels (social network, website, email, digital advertisements,…) to enhance brand awareness, increase traffics, and achieve the budget target. (20%)
Patrol and check the materials of in- mall advertisements to support customers and ensure all the latest information delivered appropriately to customers. (10%)
Handle administration tasks for upcoming campaigns/ activities. (10%)
Smooth cooperation with: Sales team to have the prompt action to support Tenants; Offline Marketing team to implement the advertising plan and media integration efficiently; other internal teams to be consistent with the mall regulations and procedures. (10%)
Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
Make assigned reports (including campaign report, periodic report…) to have appropriate management and evaluation. (10%)
