We&039;re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager that specializes in SEM, and Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) for brands and organizations. Must have a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, advertising analytics and optimization techniques. You will be mainly responsible for related tasks for Digital Marketing but will also be responsible for Ecommerce marketing, should the need arise based on client’s requirement. You may also be accountable for various responsibilities in the different areas of marketing, depending on the assigned and agreed focus.
Digital Marketing Strategy Building & Reporting (50%):
Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action.
Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan are met the goal.
Updating Hot Topic /Relevant Trends and propose / consult the actionable implications for internal teams, client…at project level, category/ industry level…(Social Trend, Google Trend, E- commerce Trend…other reports).
Research the industry on an on- going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy of digital marketing and E- commerce.
Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and business objectives.
Provide relevant and timely information on marketing initiatives suitable for various industries alongside the recommendation on what media platforms are best utilized for digital campaigns.
Project Management (50%):
Guide and train the team members to create a proposal material with an annual and monthly media planning, include: budget allocation for each media, deciding ads content, and negotiate with the other vendors.
Organize and lead the discussions with clients in meetings.
Follow project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders (Other Departments) to make sure well- delivered project with high quality & on time.
Gain insights from digital tools and database and direct the team member for better proposal and reporting to client based on the insights.
Develop and manage good relationships with clients.
Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance review with clients.
Drive and implement cost effective online, social media marketing campaigns and EC platform marketing (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki etc.) for all marketing funnels.
