- Identify future digital marketing trends, market research, business models and media consumption to enable commercial advantage.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to respond with appropriate marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage digital marketing, digital sales platforms and tools, website design, development and optimization.
- Support to drive top-line growth by delivering digital experience and engagement practices across a full range of products, services and partner relationships that drive sales and build a sustainable customer base.
- Coordinate to identify, prospect and acquire partners through disciplined consultative sales process
- Build up standard operating procedures to maximize operational efficiency.
- Work with internal stakeholders, IT and Operation (Technical Support, Underwriting, Claims) teams, strategic external partners and vendors to manage and optimize target business outcomes from inception through to launch.
- Other tasks as required by the job or as assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Requirement:
- Age: under 33
- Education: University graduated
- Foreign language: Fluent English (both verbal & written) is a must
- Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Other skills: Good presentation, negotiation, persuasion, problem solving and sales skills
- Experience: minimum 2 years working in Digital channel development, and/ or Digital Marketing and/ or Partnership development and management, inclusive of working in a start-up business environment or on an innovation/digital team, performing user insights and testing, or digital product design.
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Deep understanding and practical experience in innovative end-to-end digital enablement
- Good knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and distribution
- Demonstrated business savvy, analytical, synthesis and quantitative skills including the ability to absorb large amounts of internal and external data and translate into actionable information to make effective business decisions
* Salary package: Negotiable. Attractive salary based on the ability & performance.
* Working location: Ho Chi Minh Branch office; 19th Floor, Green Power Building, 35 Ton Duc Thang, District 1, HCMC
Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00.
Transportation (company car & taxi) for outside assignment
