Digital Marketing (SEO)

Stay updated on industry trends and adjust marketing tactics to remain competitive in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams, including the Sales Team and CEO, to understand product offerings, analyze market trends, and identify gaps for brand positioning.
Monitor, report, and evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels using KPIs to ensure continuous optimization and maximum ROI.
Plan and organize internal training sessions for employee branding and knowledge sharing.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
Conduct regular analysis of competitor strategies and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Manage and optimize digital advertising activities on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong background in SEO and SEM.
Proven track record with Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and Facebook Marketing.
Ability to work independently and proactively, creative.
Proficiency in English for internal and external communication.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross- functionally with different teams.
Experience working in a software outsourcing or IT company is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics to drive performance- based results.
