Digital Marketing Specialist

Role overview
tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns toward a performance-driven approach.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing,
- Build and implement ad campaigns using advertising tools such as Google, Сoccoc, Zalo,
Facebook ads
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance data of all campaigns using analytical tools like
- Set up and launch chat bots
and conversion rates
Google Analytics, Hotjar to look for any opportunities to adjust for better CPA, click-through,
- Regularly conduct experiments, A/B tests, and conversion tests
- Stay up to date on the latest advertising trends and insights to ensure our business is always
- Gain and maintain an understanding of our customers to target and reach them effectively
using the most effective methods to reach our target audience
- Create a technical requirement for website development

- 1+ year experience in website analytics and conversion rate optimization (Google Analytics,
- 1+ year of lead generation for financial services (lenders, banks)
- English is required for this job, at least
- 3+ years of hands-on experiences in digital marketing, advertising
A/B split testing)
- Must be creative and take initiative in strategic planning
- Needs to be detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under strict deadline and manage multiple project.
- Experience of website blog, Facebook fan page, Zalo channels development and promotion
- Data-driven and thrives on results
