Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads)

Align messaging and visuals with the Pancake brand voice and product positioning.
Work closely with the content, design, and market growth teams to develop ad creatives and copy.
Recommend new platforms, tools, or formats for testing.
Identify audience segments and tailor campaigns accordingly (with ICP suggestion).
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Native platforms.
Develop Organic Marketing content and techniques on these channels to boost virality and growth.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data- driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and ROI. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement corrective actions quickly.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor tactics.
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels and B2B/B2C differences
Experience with lead generation or e- commerce funnels is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
3+ years of hands- on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and at least one of: Native Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Problem- solving skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Looker Studio.
Basic English communication
Proven track record of improving ROI and hitting performance targets.
