- Plan online communication and effectively execute advertising on digital platforms such as: Google, facebook, youtube, instagram, tiktok,...
- Responsible for setting up campaigns, managing budgets, monitoring and optimizing advertising campaign effectiveness;.
Evaluate the advertising quality of each campaign, build promotions with the marketing team to boost sales.
- Participate in other department activities as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Update trends, optimize costs and KPI performance.
- Prepare reports measuring results achieved weekly and monthly to superiors.
- Coordinate with content/designer to orient content/images suitable for customers; Coordinate with IT to check and review content on the website and landing page to optimize traffic.
- Research and develop new digital platforms.
- Analyze competitors&039; products, content, and advertising channels to propose effective communication plans.
- Research insights and come up with appropriate content distribution strategies for each customer file.
- Install & manage online tools such as: Google Business, Google Analytics, Heatmap, Manychat, Email Marketing, SMS marketing... to support the team&039;s marketing activities.

- Positive working attitude, respect and compliance with rules.
- At least 02 years of experience in advertising on Google ads, Facebook ads,...
- Age: 22- 35 years old.
- Having the ability to spend a large budget is an advantage.
- Creative and dynamic thinking. Responsible, careful, proactive in work. Good teamwork spirit.
- Create and grasp new digital trends in the market.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience and training from Agencies, who can withstand work pressure.
