Digital Performance Manager

MISSION
Plan and executive digital marketing activites to increase traffics, sales volums on mobile app & website.
ACTIVITIES
Fucntion 1. Mobile App Marketing

Execute activities to increase number of install, mobile app account, mobile app transactions
Analyze customer behavitor data to findout keypoint that help to improve campaign performance
Increase daily mobile app traffic via app marketing tactics, activities

Function 2. SEO & Organic Channel Marketing

Manage SEO/Social media team/ agency follow weekly, monthy plan and KPI
Develope long term strategy to increase app, web traffics, transactions via organic channel (Social Media, Zalo, Email,..…)
Develop SEO strategy and cooperate with IT team, Content team to implement the strategy

Function 3. Paid Ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Ads, SEM,…)

Cooperate with Agencies to run and optimize for paid media campaigns

Function 4. Reporting

Keep tracked all customer data, customer behaviors, media activities

Other Activities

Work with IT product team to implement tracking, digital marketing tool, optimize user expericence
Other activities follow company strategy & business requirements
Coordinate with agencies, partners, and other departments for cooperate campaign

Functional knowledge & experience:

Good analysis skills
Strong experience with Mobile app, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM
At least 03 years experience in digital marketing for e- commerce
Sales and Performance oriented

Functional skill:

Efficiency
Good Communication

listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Managerial skill:

The candidate must be rigorous, can take initiatives
Organization skills and ability to work well with other departments

Other skills:

Ability to work under pressure
