Digital Performance Marketing Executive

- Promote sales performance, hit ROI goals, and ensure other positive KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Perform tasks related to marketing research, development of marketing strategies, budget plans, marketing plans, etc.
- Directly execute and optimize advertising campaigns on search platforms (AdWords), Paid social (Facebook / Zalo, Tiktok) or other display channels (youtube ads, GDN etc.).
- Analyze, create, and be responsible for building, managing content and also developing activities on Website, Microsite, Facebook, Forum, Social Sites, Fanpage,... and company projects.
- Measure, optimize and report the results of all digital marketing campaigns as well as evaluate the results (ROI, CIR, CPO, CR).
- Implement to research the keywork, analyze goods to create priority campaigns and attract target customers.
- Propose planning directions for Digital Marketing including: Online Media Planning (Viral campaign, online media campaign, social marketing campaign, banner ads, microsite idea...) and Online CRM Marketing (Email/ SMS Marketing, ...) based on Sales target and KPIs.
- Analyze trends and insights, and optimize budgets based on insights.
Identify and report daily/weekly; Sales forecast and monthly/quarterly budget.

- Candidate who graduated the University with majors: Communication, Economics, Advertising, Marketing,… is preferable.
- About 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong in analytical skills, data và capability in making decision.
- Having highly commercial mindset and method of approaching.
- Able to communication in English
- Able to do multitasks and under high pressure.
- Proficiently using on Facebook Ads and GG Ads.
- Male is preferable.
