Digital Performance Specialist

Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns encompassing online advertising, websites, mobile applications, and social media networks.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and on- time delivery.
- A/B test different elements of campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Stay up- to- date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for campaign growth.
Social Media Growth & Engagement:
- Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent content delivery and engagement across platforms.
- Craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience and drives interaction.
- Develop and execute content plans to grow and engage the audience across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram.
Seeding Team Leadership:
- Manage seeding teams of 3- 5 members, providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support to amplify campaign reach and performance for both web and mobile applications.
Cross- functional Collaboration:
- Work with cross- functional regional and local teams to deliver campaigns and timelines
- And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
- Work with content and design team to plan and ability to make things happen quickly with teams.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data
- Previous work experience managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in scale of digital marketing projects within stock, crypto, fintech industry
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
