As our new Digital Performance Specialist, you’ll plan, build, and scale campaigns that aren’t just data- driven—they’re strategy- led, insight- fueled, and creatively wired.
Your mission, should you choose to accept
Strategy and planning
Be a translator between creative vision and performance data.
Turn research into revenue. Study audience behavior, market dynamics, and product landscapes.
Incorporate SEO insights and keyword strategies to support integrated campaigns and long- term organic growth.
Build smart campaigns with heart: define channel strategies, KPIs, funnel flows, and messaging blueprints that connect.
Inject strategic thinking into our IMC planning and make sure media, message, and moment align.
Execution and optimization
Launch, manage, and optimize cross- platform campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Live inside the data: monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, engagement.
Set up tracking using UTM, GA4, GTM. Report like a pro—clear, honest, actionable.
Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams to ensure the machine runs smooth and sharp.

Can balance multiple campaigns without losing your cool—or your creativity.
Know your funnels, pixels, placements, and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Are curious, bold, and obsessed with improvement.
Understand the fundamentals of SEO (on- page, keyword research, content alignment) and how it contributes to full- funnel digital performance.
Are proactive and independent.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Are fluent in GA4, UTM, Looker Studio, and all the gritty tracking stuff.
Have ~3 years’ experience in performance marketing or media planning.
Have a university degree.
