Data Analysis & Reporting: Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze delivery data, provide analysis reports, and translate complex data analysis into simple language, visualize and use it to help with decision- making. Based on data analysis, providing actionable and valuable insights for stakeholders to improve and optimize as needed. Research and analyze the possibilities of the market as well as the potential of ads platforms.
Collaborative Coordination: Coordinate with the creative team and agency to prepare and to enhance the quality of creative assets for Performance campaigns. Coordinate with IT/Tech/Website Development team to build landing pages or website. Work closely with agency/other ad networks to plan and optimize the campaigns. Work closely with other functional teams (Sale, Social, Trade, PR, Operation), discuss and determine the appropriate Digital Marketing path to operate the big plan/campaign effectively.

Campaign Management: Developing media plan and manage performance campaigns on paid channels such as Google ads, Facebook ads, Youtube Ads, TikTok ads & other relevant platforms... to deliver Business & Marketing objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, CPA, CR and ROAS, making data- driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
Builds process documents and billing for external and internal reports
Fluent in English.
Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic with a can- do attitude.
At least 3- 4 years of working experience in Digital Media Perfomance: Facebook (Ads, Tracking, Report,…), Google (Display, Search, Youtube, Analytics, Dashboard, API, Tracking, Report,…), Adnetwork (Digital banner ads), Social ads, Programmatic,… with proven success.
Manage your workload, timings and deadlines to ensure that the quality of the work is delivered without compromising expected standards.
Understanding and passion for the Home appliance industry is a big plus.Budget planning and control
Have a sense of responsibility, preciseness, diligence.
Experience in managing projects and deliverables.
Have knowledge/experience in data analysis tools such as GA4, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio & Third- party data, report, strategic & tactical planning, problem- solving.
Detail- oriented and data- focused approach.
Able to work under high pressure, independently in a fast- paced environment.
Able to provide solutions and self- driven to deliver good quality results.
