Digital Photo Retoucher

INNOVATURE CONSULTING INC is looking for a Photo Retoucher who will efficiently perform photo retouching for high-quality digital files while maintaining consistency in brand look and feel.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Process images to brand standards and work with requester to achieve brand look and feel;
* Use photograph editing software to enhance images by correcting resolution and composition, cropping images and adjusting tone, color, saturation and brightness. The retouching process can also consist of adding or removing objects from an image or inserting text;
* Continue to research/improve retouching techniques to be in line with industry standards;
* Accountable for meeting deadlines with quality deliverable.
* Execute a high volume of images quickly while maintaining tight quality standards with the ability to accommodate tight schedules. Be adaptable to project direction changes mid-project.
* Willing to receive feedback to revise the work from time to time, adapt to new workflow concepts and ideas.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
* 1-2+ years of experience of professional retouching at a fast paced post production company preferred;
* Expert skills in Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photograph editing softwares;
* Strong background of color theory. Able to work in CMYK and RGB. Ability to retouch to match a wide range of creative styles/aesthetics based on reference imagery;
* Expert at hair masks, and skin tones;
* Ability to be independent or part of a team;
* Ability to manage tight schedule and deadline.
