The Digital Product Lead for Supply Chain will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of digital products and solutions that drive efficiency and innovation mainly focusing on supply chain planning operations. This role involves working closely with cross- functional teams to identify business needs, define product requirements, deliver solutions and collaborate in change management that improve supply chain planning performance and support digital transformation initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product development
• Understand business problems and pain points; translate them into clear business requirements for ERP and demand planning system development.
• Ensure sustainable feature, solution design, and architecture aligned with long- term digital supply chain strategy.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to functional design, including defining integration and feature landscape, conducting testing, training, and deployment for end users.
Product Development
• Manage the product backlog, documentation, and enhancement roadmap to support continuous improvement.
• Define success criteria, track adoption, and ensure system solutions meet business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize product performance based on user feedback, KPIs, and product development policies.
Project management
• Lead go- live, launch, and hypercare phases to secure successful adoption.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate cross- functional teams (business, IT, operations, supply chain) for smooth execution and alignment.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to align expectations and gather input.
• Drive communication for digital transformation, new ways of working, and support change management initiatives with business partners.
• Engage and update stakeholders on product progress, milestones, and performance against success criteria.
User experience
• Incorporate user feedback into product enhancements to increase adoption and effectiveness.
