Digital Project Management Fresher Fulltime 2024

• Contribute to internal tool’s build requirements & improvement
• Study requirements and plan resources
• Review requested data from Data Engineer and feedback bug within campaign requirement
• Send outreach (Email/DM) to potential influencers by tool or manually
• Report to Project Lead daily/routinely
• Work on task and/or assign to appropriate team members (if needed)
• Monitor workflow in order to ensure project running smoothly
• Implement project goal
• Investigate & report issue, including performance & campaign issue, solutions and improvements
• Review influencers&039; profile

• Ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze information

• Fresher or have experience equivalent to 1 year• Good logical thinking, systematic mindset

• Must be proficient in Google Sheet
• Highly proficient in reading, writing English
• Knowledge and experience working with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint
• Project management skills:
• Organizational skill
• Communication skill
• Task & result- oriented

• Working time: Flexible. Mon – Fri (09h00 – 18h00) & lunch time 1h30.
