Key Responsibilities:
2- Digital Product Requirements
Working with support team to receive product operation insights & issues
Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to identify problems and suggest solutions
Participating in discussion sessions with commercial to identify potential opportunities and risks
Balancing between user need/painpoint & efficient digital solution, ensuring speed of delivery & optimal cost
Coordinating with global team, ebusiness team, regional team on the product capability needs, ensure the support & resource involvement in critical product enablers
Supporting & coordinating on prioritization, providing input on business priority & impact for digital backlog
Identifying key product & NWOW risks, coordinating, involving all relavent stakeholders aware & preppared for new WOW
Arranging deepdive, group discussion to facilitiate problem indentification, brandstorming
Performing market visit for collecting feedbacks on digital painpoint/needs/opputinity for value generation
Collecting user feedbacks & conducting assessment on key digital products
Supporting UAT, providing the knowledge transfer for business & end- user
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to improve efficiency or effectiveness
1- Business Intellegence for Digital Innovation & Development
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services
3- Change & Communication Lead for Digital Product
Facilitating & coordinating with business lead for digital product deployment
Conducting analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new business ventures or improvements to existing processes or offerings
Pariticipating commercial forum/drumbeats to provide product updates/communication
Preparing digital operational process, guideline to ensure smooth product operation & adoption
Responsible for consolidating all business requirement for key digital product development,
Reviewing & documenting comprehensive E2E business process, user story, user flow for right digital product development
