Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Strategy & PMO Lead to drive and quantify tangible business value across digital initiatives within the Digital & Technology (D&T) team, ensuring alignment with the D&T growth roadmap and the company’s strategic priorities.
In this role, you will lead value realization efforts for digital projects—translating business cases into financial impact, coordinating initiative delivery, and strengthening program management practices. You will also play a key role in establishing and embedding PMO best practices across the D&T portfolio.
This position requires strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, and leadership skills. It is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset and a passion for large-scale digital transformation.
