Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.
Evening shift: 1:00 pm- 9:00 pm
Morning shift: 10:00 am- 6:00 pm
Your Role as Digital Technical Intern:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.
Create landing pages and do web product management based on client requests.
Ensure that deadlines are followed.
Report directly to the Senior Digital Technical Specialist who is your trainer.
Create automation emails on Account Management platform including setting up, testing and deploying.
Execute web management, publishing, updating, and localizing web content and supporting a wide range of content management systems (CMS).
Training period:
Team structure/workflow of clients/internal procedures.
Other internal workshops and training from time to time to continuously enhance the skills.
CMS systems (Account Management, Umbraco, etc.)
Internal management systems.
You as a person:
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
Having hands- on background in digital aspects, with a focus on web development and digital platforms.
A team player, and an independent worker.
Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or related field.
Being able to commit to at least a 6- month internship.
Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally and communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese.
