Digital Transformation Director

Job Summary
As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing digital strategies for both our internal operations and client projects. Supporting the BOD and engaging with client&039;s level executives, you will manage and oversee projects across CDP, e- commerce, website and app development, and CRM to enhance customer experiences and optimize business performance.
Job Responsibility

Manage projects when implementing measures.
Plan and execute in- house Digital Strategy.
Negotiate with the client&039;s C level.
Create the digital marketing transformation proposal (CDP/e- commerce/Website development/App development/CRM).
Supervise reports to clients.
Plan a digital marketing transformation strategy.

Required Skills/ Abilities

Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities.
Ability to work independently and flexibly.
Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking.
Superior communication skills, both internal and client- facing.
Organizational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
Provide leadership mindset and perspective for adoption when appropriate.
Ability to make a proposal document using PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.

Education and Experience

Experience in project management within the digital marketing transformation domain.
Proven ability to plan and implement digital transformation solutions.
Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in Online Marketing and measurement.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in CDP, e- commerce, website/app development, and CRM.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Deep understanding of Vietnam&039;s Digital Marketing market.
