Digital & Visual Designer

Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in- house resources and third- party vendors
Participates in, and leads brainstorming sessions
Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in- house resources and third- party vendors
Develop creative ideas that meet both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
Present, share and review creative work with Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals

Demonstrate out of the box thinking
Experience in Cosmetic is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Web Designer
Strong sense of font types and applications
Eye for detail and color
Strong portfolio of creative work, demonstrating both online and offline work
Have skills in animation and video editing is a must
Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video authoring tools
Keen understanding of design trends
Understanding emerging digital technologies, and progressive ad formats
Ability to develop visually impactful key visuals
Diploma or degree in a design- related field with at least 3- 5 years of performance design experience ideally within an agency environment
