Director Assistant - Trợ Lý Giám Đốc

Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company’s objectives.
Facilitate communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences
Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff.
Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
Assists in overseeing and coordinating day- to- day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes.

Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Prior experience as an assistant, manager, or supervisor in manufacturing or production is preferred.
Good command of English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business management, or a related field.
Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies is a plus.
