Director of Business Development (Alcove Management)

Complies with national, regional, and local laws in the markets we operate.
Successfully onboards units to the platform to meet individual unit goals.
Supports the coordination of all aspects of the development process both internal and external, including prospecting/qualification, pitching, due diligence, contract negotiations.
Works with General Director, Business Development and Sales Team to identify, initiate, and analyze potential partnerships.
Works with team to use processes and systems that are in place and make recommendations for incremental improvements, implementing these recommendations where appropriate.
Establishes and maintains complete and up- to- date information to ensure accurate reporting.
Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Understanding of revenue management and distribution channels.
Minimum 3- years&039; experience as business development manager/director in hospitality industry.
Minimum 5 years more of experience in business/partnership development, travel/hospitality industry or other relevant business experience, demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance.
Demonstrated ability of strong project management and organizational skills with a service mindset
Must have previous Short- term/vacation rental industry experience, property management and/or OTA experience.
Minimum bachelor&039;s degree in business, marketing or hospitality.
