Director of Engineering

We&039;re in search of a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our team at Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang. In this role, you&039;ll oversee all engineering operations across our resort, including 85 villas, 157 tower rooms, infrastructure, landscaping, and swimming pools, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technicians.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation projects throughout the resort.
• Implement sustainable and cost- effective energy solutions.
• Plan, compile, and manage the repair and maintenance budget, as well as the capital expenditure budget, ensuring compliance with resort procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical proficiency and problem- solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment.
• Experienced working in a 5- star resort with residences.
