Director of Food & Beverage

- Maintain an efficient and effective administrative system.
- Create the SOPs to well organize the events with other relating departments.
- Manage F&B department ensuring high standards of service and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure all Guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for complimentary F&B items and refunds
- Take full responsibility on Revenue and GOP budget assigned by GM and BOM
- Actively participate in all related Marketing activities to ensure maximum exposure for all the outlets, including the development and implementation of the department’s annual and monthly promotions calendar
- Creating the packages, tactics in order to achieve the approved budget.
- Constantly seek to identify unmet Guest’s needs and work towards developing new/improving current products and strategies to sustain our competitive advantage
- Be visible in the operation and ensure implementation of set service standards
- Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned
- Prepare the annual business plan and budget details.
- Take responsibility to set F&B policies and procedures and ensure all manuals are up to date.
- Create the F&B SOPs regarding the customer care, upselling and daily revenue management

- Monitor the F&B budget and manage corrective action where necessary.

• Strong financial acumen
• Leadership skills with an ability to train, motivate, and create a team effort
• Prior experience in managing large catering / banquet operations will be an added advantage
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holiday
• Decision making and problem solving
• Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Minimum 5 years&039; related experience in a similar capacity in luxury 5* Hotel/ Resort
