Director of MICE & Events

- Work closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage and Kitchen Departments to maximize clients’’ satisfaction and that their experience’’s of personal touch;
- Promote the image of the hotel in order to create opportunities that will contribute to the profitability of the hotel
- Provide leadership in all selling activities within the Section, achieving the Event Section’s assigned sales targets;
- Responsible for productivity of MICE segment

- Sales acumen/ persuasive
- Bachelor or License academy in Business Administration school or Hotel Management school
- Minimum of 4 years experiences in hotel MICE & events sales preferably international hotel
- Competent desktop software user
- Fluent in English and the national language, a 3rd language would be a plus
