Monitor and improve operational performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency across all departments.
Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service and maintaining Dusit brand standards.
Act as the Hotel Manager on Duty when required and represent the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
Coach, mentor, and develop Department Heads to build a high- performing leadership team and strong succession pipeline.
Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve hotel business objectives.
Lead and oversee the daily operations of all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Wellness & Security.
Review operational KPIs, guest feedback, financial results, and quality audit scores, implementing corrective actions where required.
Lead operational projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and pre- opening or renovation activities as assigned.
Develop and execute departmental business plans, budgets, and cost- control initiatives to maximize profitability.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, food safety, security procedures, and local regulations.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, problem- solving, and decision- making abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and overall hotel operations.
Proven leadership, financial acumen, and people management skills.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an upscale or luxury hotel.
