Develop Business Strategies and Pricing Policies:
- Design and implement product packages, pricing strategies, and sales policies for short- term, long- term, peak, and low seasons.
- Conduct market research and propose regular adjustments or replacements for pricing policies and product offerings to align with customer demand and trends.
Revenue Management:
- Monitor and analyze revenue, bookings, and business performance to ensure profitability.
- Develop revenue management strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
- Forecast revenue based on actual data and market trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue budgets.
Reservation Management and Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date booking records.
- Address customer complaints related to reservations promptly.
- Handle customer booking requests, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide detailed information on room availability, hotel services, and product offerings.
System Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on RMS, PMS, and OTA platforms.
- Manage room availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Evaluation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
- Assess business performance through revenue reports, booking trends, and market analysis.
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Leadership abilities: Capable of leading, training, and developing team members.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position;
Strong understanding of yield management and revenue optimization strategies.
Analytical skills: Ability to process and analyze data to create effective business strategies.
Excellent communication skills: Collaborate effectively with internal departments and international partners.
Proficient in English;
Skills in budgeting and financial reporting
Deep knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and pricing techniques.
