Director of Sales & Marketing

Anticipates and projects sales forecasts and monitors market trends.
Motivates, supervises and appraises staff’s performance in the Sales and Marketing department.
Plans and controls budgetary activities.
Provides guidelines and training to staff in the execution of their duties within the Department.
Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Plans and implements marketing strategies for the effective marketing of the organization with optimum use of the marketing resources to ensure maximum results with minimum wastage.
Other duties as requested by GM
Confers or consults with Department Heads to plan advertising services and secure information to meet customer expectations.
Monitors customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Develops and oversees sales & marketing plans.

Well versed in use of computer software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Sales Force
Managerial Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Confident. Good organizational & people development sales, Ongoing personality
