Director of Sales & Marketing - Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort and Spa

- Participate with travel industry partners such as Tour Operator, Airlines, Corporates, Tourism Boards, Travel Agency Organizations and consortia and make strategic recommendations to maximize performance.
- Research and project market trends and competitive studies, ensuring that property action plans reflect relevant actions.
- Prepare Sales Reports and annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure the execution of the sales actions signed in the marketing agreements with Tour Operators.
- Develop awareness and reputation of the resort and the brand in the local community.
- Be an ambassador for the company&039;s reporting model, perform other tasks assigned by direct superior.
- Ensure all B2B accounts are aware and promoted the benefits of the resort with the objective to increase membership.
- Ensure that all strategies with assigned portfolio of accounts remain robust and relevant to changing market conditions.
- Assist Managing Director in preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budget; manage within approved plans and budgets.
- Promote the products to the B2B Travel Partners to increase sales.

- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
- Strong negotiation.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
