Infrastructure Management: Hands- on oversight of complex operations in a restaurant including maintenance of the water management program, sewer treatment plant, wells, and landscape maintenance.
Continuous Process Improvement: Drive a continuous improvement culture. Develop operational strategic objectives, oversee the development of tactical implementation plans and execution process to ensure success at every point along the way of the guest journey.
Top- Line Revenue Delivery: Establish sales & marketing plans and participate in opportunities to close business.
Service Culture: Own and drive luxury level guest service standards across all guest facing and support functions across the properties. Inspire and drive a positive service culture and guest experience and provide a work environment in which employees can thrive.
Business Operations: Lead and provide oversight of a complex, high- volume services operation. Create and maintain service standards and expectations consistent with a luxury restaurant experience. Inspire and drive a positive service culture and guest experience.
Financial Achievement: Achieve and exceed financial goals to ownership. Responsible for business plan, annual budget, capital plan execution, financial reports and forecasting, labor management, expense control and diligent accounting practices.
